This country has been the best tourist destination for traveling, trekking, climbing expedition etc. since Nepal is country with diverse landscapes surrounding with various peaks with ancient cultural heritage sites etc. This 10 days tour of wonder of Nepal begins from beautiful chitwan district which is famous for the Chitwan national park where one get the abundant to observe various wildlife species during the elephant back safari to the national park and also visit the birth place of the lord Buddha which is Lumbini and next we will be exploring another city which is pokhara which is the best tourist hub where at sarangkot we will immerse into sunrise and sunset view as we do also enjoy sunrise in sunset view in nagrkot which is the best spot to view the sunrise and sunset view. As we will be also exploring ancient city near Kathmandu valley which is Bhaktapur and Patan and lastly we end our tour by sightseeing at the Kathmandu heritage sites.

This tour is exclusively designed for those exploratory people who want to explore the Nepal County diverse heritage sites, various landscapes, diverse flora and fauna etc. As we began by driving to the chitwan where we mostly come across the Terai communities and here we will be exploring the typical Terai culture and their traditions and the following day at morning we will ride on Elephant back safari and enjoy at the forest of chitwan national park and finishing touring at the chitwan we head to lumbini one of the sacred site where lord Buddha was born and exploring different temples and the Maya Devi temple where the goddess Maya Devi gave birth to the lord Buddha and explore the ancient Asoka pillar and other many sites we will be exploring at lumbini and after that we head to land of beautiful lake which is pokhara city one of the finest tourist hub where in this beautiful lake called phewa lake and early morning we head to sarangkot where you get the overlook of the Annapurna and the Dhaulagiri ranges and explore the pohara city and then following day we head to nagarkot and we reach by mid-evening and view the sunset view and early morning we will perceive the sunrise view and on the way we will explore Bhaktapur and Patan and drive to Kathmandu and lastly we will end our tour by touring Kathmandu city.

Like if you are not satisfied with our customized itinerary or want to make your own as per your vacation schedule do inform us we will set you a different itinerary as per your desire as you can tour this country at any season but, it will be better if you join during the spring on the month of march to May and the autumn season on the month of September to December.

Detail Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Katmandu (1,300 m/4,264ft)

Upon your arrival at Kathmandu Tribhuvan International airport, our representative from the Accent Himalaya will be already there waiting for you and you can easily spot them as they will be carrying a signboard of the Accent Himalaya. They will welcome you and pick you up from the airport and transfer you to the hotel. You can relax in your hotel room or visit the office of Accent Himalaya office. In evening, Accent Himalaya will be giving you a welcome dinner in an excellent restaurant which serves the best typical Nepali cuisine which will be our introductory of Nepali food culture. We will spend our night in Kathmandu.

Day 02: Drive to Chitwan (815 m/2,674 ft.): 5-6 hours

Early morning after breakfast, we will drive to the district of Chitwan located 175 km from Kathmandu. Our drive trail will be descending downhill through windy trail alongside the Trishuli river bank. Reaching Chitwan, we will check in at the hotel. Later, we will enjoy a walk to the bank of the Rapti River and here we will get to relish the sunset view. In the evening, we will be enjoying a dinner with a concise cultural dance performed by the ethnic people.

Day 03: Jungle activities in Chitwan National Park

Today we will be enjoying an elephant safari heading to the lush forest and you might get to spot wild animals of Chitwan national park. After enjoying the ride on an elephant, we will have breakfast and visit the stables of elephants and watch elephants taking a bath which will be your new memorable experience. In the afternoon, we take a drive to forest and head to the canoeing site and enjoy a canoe ride on the Rapti River. While canoeing we will get to observe different aquatic animals like crocodiles, dolphins, Gharial and other varied aquatic birds. We will spend our night in Chitwan.

Day 04: Drive to Lumbini (the birthplace of the Lord Buddha), city sightseeing: 2 hours

Today morning we will leave Chitwan and head to Lumbini the renowned the birthplace of Lord Gautama Buddha. This is the holy site which is listed in the UNESCO world heritage sites and surrounding this area there are several temples, Bodhi tree and many more interesting sites to explore. The goddess Maya Devi gave birth to Siddhartha Gautama Buddha and on the exact place the Maya Devi temple is built. We will be also exploring the Ashokha pillar which was put up by the emperor Asoka. From here we take drive to Kapilvastu which is the place where the lord Gautama Buddha spend 29 years. This sacred site positioned in serene bank of Banganga River and we will be also visiting museum which showcases ancient artifacts. We will drive back to Lumbini. We will spend our night in Lumbini.

Day 05: Drive to Pokhara, boating in Fewa Lake

Today we will drive to Pokhara - also known as Lake City owing to ample of lakes in the city. As soon as we arrive at Pokhara, we will start getting views of Manaslu at 8156 m, Dhaulagiri at 8167 m, Machhapuchre - fishtail at 6993 m, ranges of mount Annapurna and other Himalayan peaks. After that, we will check in at the hotel and here you can take rest and freshen up. After that, we will wander around the Pokhara streets and head to the tranquil Phewa Lake and enjoy boating. We will spend our night in Pokhara.

Day 06: Sunrise views, Pokhara sightseeing: Davis Falls, Shiva Cave, IMM, Tibetan refugee camp

Today morning - we will head to high hill Sarangkot from where we can enjoy ranges of Annapurna and Dhaulagiri including other Himalayan peaks with the reflection of the sunrise view. Spending some time on this hill and capturing the best pictures, we will retrace back down to the Pokhara. At Pokhara, we will be visiting some of the landmarks like Davis fall – a mind-blowing cascading waterfall which has no end. Next will be the Shiva cave which is close to the Davis fall. We will once again visit the Phewa Lake and enjoy boating on this lake. In the center of this lake, there is a small Hindu temple named Bindybaseni. Later we will visit the international mountain museum which has past and presents records of mountain activities. After that, we will visit Tibetan refugee camp and observe the Tibetan people engaging in different works like making handicraft products and weave woolen carpets. We will spend our night in Pokhara.

Day 07: Drive to Nagarkot, sunset views

Today after breakfast, we will leave Pokhara and head to Nagarkot village in Kathmandu which is the best place to grasp the sunrise and sunset view including the snowcapped Himalayas. We will spend our night in Nagarkot.

Day 08: Sunrise views, Bhaktapur and Patan sightseeing, drive to Kathmandu

Today in the morning, we will be relishing sunrise with the Himalayan views and then head to the ancient city of Bhaktapur - an awe-inspiring city with true local people who still practices their own culture very strictly. In this city, we will be exploring the Nyata- Pola temple, water spouts, golden gate and 55 window palace. After that, we will visit the Patan Durbar square which is also enlisted in the UNESCO world heritage sites. This Patan Durbar square also reveals prehistoric arts and architecture. We will spend our night in Kathmandu.

Day 09: Kathmandu sightseeing: World Heritage Sites

Today we will be exploring some of the UNESCO world heritage sites of Kathmandu. We will start with Kathmandu durbar square which reveals typical Nepali arts and architecture. This palace has very beautiful architect all over and also the Malla kings used this palace to rule over Nepal from 12th to 18th century. Next, we will explore the Swayambhunath temple - (also known as monkey temple). After that, we will explore the Pashupatinath temple which is the most important holiest shrine of Hindus. This temple is located on the bank of the Bagmati River also occupies a huge area. Next, we will explore the Boudhanath Stupa - holy site both for Buddhists and Hindus. This Stupa is the highest and biggest Stupa in the world. In the evening, Accent Himalaya will be hosting a farewell dinner.

Day 10: Final departure
