As this Nepal holiday tour including with a scenic Everest flight or simply the mountain flight covers some of the beautiful places of Nepal like Kathmandu city, Daman, Lumbini, Pokhara, and Chitwan.

Each locale has different spots to explore whilst mountain flight gets up-close aerial views of the highest mountain Everest and several other Himalayan peaks without the physical struggle of trekking or hiking. This tour is designed for as of no age limit where explorers can tour without facing any altitude sickness and difficulty to get the picturesque view of the Himalayas.

This is a 14 days tour where we begin from sightseeing some heritage sites of Kathmandu and the next day, we will be heading early morning to the airport to enjoy our Everest flight to get the aerial views of the Everest. You will also be viewing Mount Kanchenjunga and several other peaks and even you get a slight glimpse of the Tibetan plateau. In the afternoon, we will be heading to several sites such as - Patan, Bungmati, and Khokana where mostly the Newari communities reside. The following day, we will be sightseeing some of the beautiful place - Thimi, Changu Narayan, Bhaktapur and then lead to Nagarkot.

From this hilltop Nagarkot, one gets the splendor views of sunrise and sunset surround by some Himalayan peaks. The next day, we will head to Daman – one of the best tourist spot to observe fabulous views of Mount Dhaulagiri and several other peaks. Subsequently, we drive to Bandipur (1030 m). From the top of this hill, you get the splendid views of the Annapurna. Next, we drive to Pokhara and sightsee some of the landmarks there. Next, we drive to Lumbini – the birthplace of Lord Buddha, and then drive to Chitwan and discover the Chitwan national park.

This trip is an interesting tour which can endeavor in spring (March-May) and fall (September-December). Throughout this period, the climate will be very favorable and we can take the maximum pleasure during the mountain flight to get the impressive views of the mountains.

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,300 m/4,264 ft)

Upon your arrival at the Kathmandu International airport, our representative from Accent Himalaya will welcome you and transfer you to your respective hotel. After checking in into the hotel, you can freshen up and relax for a while or if you wish, you can also visit the Accent Himalaya office located in Thamel. Next, you can stroll around Thamel and shop if you feel like.  In the evening, Accent Himalaya will be hosting a welcome dinner in the tremendous Nepali restaurant which serves you the typical Nepali cuisine which is very delicious and this will be the introduction of the Nepali food culture. We will be spending our night in Kathmandu.

Day 02: Sightseeing in Kathmandu: Kathmandu Durbar Square, Pashupatinath Temple, Swayambhunath and Bauddhanath

Today after breakfast, we will be exploring the UNESCO world heritage sites of Kathmandu such as Kathmandu Durbar Square which is an ancient palace. This square displays different ancient typical Nepali arts and architecture. The Malla dynasty ruled over this country from 12th to 18th century from this palace. Next, we will visit the Swayambhunath temple also famous for monkey temple - owing to an abundant number of monkey around this temple area. Next, we will be exploring the Pashupatinath temple - a sacred and main Hindu temple. It is the temple of Hindu deity Lord Shiva where many Hindu devotees come to worship this temple. Boudhanath Stupa is a sacred Buddhist shrine and even Hindus are allowed to enter. This Stupa is the largest stupa in the world.


Day 03: Scenic Mt. Everest Flight and Sightseeing Tour of Patan, Khokana and Bungmati

Today morning - we will head to the airport and take an hour mountain flight to enjoy the aerial views of the mighty highest mountain Everest, Kanchenjunga, several other snowcapped Himalayas including the Tibetan plateau. After enjoying our flight in the afternoon, we will be visiting three cities and their landmarks which is listed in the UNESCO world heritage sites. Firstly we will be exploring Patan city by visiting the Patan Durbar square which showcases ancient Nepali arts and architecture. Next, we will be visiting the Khokana village which is famous for Mustard seed oil industry and next will be exploring the Bungmati village - which is also an ancient village. We will spend our night in Kathmandu.


Day 04: Sightseeing: Thimi, Bhaktapur, Changu Narayan and Nagarkot

Today we will be exploring some of the cities like Thimi, Bhaktapur, Changu Narayan, and Nagarkot by visiting some of the landmarks. In brief, describing Thimi - it is a place known for wooden masks, handicraft products, and hand-woven clothes. This place is also well-known for beaten rice and traditional Nepali sweets. After that, we will be exploring Bhaktapur - an overwhelming city with typical local people. We will be visiting some of the sites of Bhaktapur which are the golden gate, Nyata pola temple, water spouts and palace having 55 windows. Next, we will be visiting the Changu Narayan temple –an ancient temple of Kathmandu which is built in the pagodas style. After that, we take a drive to Nagarkot which is the best place to view the sunrise and sunset view with several snowcapped Himalayas. You get to choose from sunrise or sunset view, and then we will set it as per your wish.


Day 05: Nagarkot to Daman: 87km, 3-4 hours

Today we will be heading to Daman which is 80 kilometer from Kathmandu and it will approximately take three hours. We will drive all the way through few settlements and dense rhododendron forests. Daman - at an altitude of 2400 meter is the best place and from the view tower, one can get the amazing view of the Himalayas including the highest mountain Everest and other peaks like Manaslu, Annapurna, Dorjee Lakpa, Ganesh Himal, Langtang, Cho Oyu and the Gauri Shanker. After that, we will be hiking to the village and get familiar with the local people and their lifestyles. In the evening, we will be enjoying dinner with short cultural dance program organized by the local people. We will be spending our night at Daman resort.


Day 06: Daman to Bandipur: 166km, 4-5 hours

Bandipur is situated at the altitude of 1030 meter which is 145 kilometer from Kathmandu. From the hill of the Bandipur, one get the picturesque view of the Annapurna Mountain. The city showcase exquisite wooden made houses. In this city, we will be visiting Sidha cave which is well known in this area. We will spend our night in Bandipur.


Day 07: Bandipur to Pokhara: 73km, 2-3 hours

Today after the breakfast, we will drive to the beautiful city Pokhara. When we reach Pokhara, we will be rewarded with a mind-blowing view of Mount Manaslu, Dhaulagiri, Machapuchre and range of Annapurna. We will then head to the hotel and freshen up and later wander around the streets of Pokhara. We will spend our night in Pokhara.


Day 08: Sightseeing in Pokhara

Today early morning, we will begin sightseeing Pokhara first heading to Sarangkot hill. From this hill, one gets the stunning views of Annapurna and the Dhaulagiri ranges and also the breathtaking sunrise views of several peaks.  After spending some time in the Saragkot hill, we will return back to Pokhara and visit some of the landmarks such as Davis Fall, Shiva cave, and the Phewa Lake. In this lake, we will enjoy boating and in the center of this lake - there is a small Hindu temple and exploring this temple. Later, we will be visiting some other sites like international mountain museum and the Tibetan refugee camp. We will spend our night in Pokhara.


Day 09: Pokhara to Lumbini via Tansen: 205km, 4-5 hours

We will drive to Lumbini via Tansen 125 kilometer from Pokhara. If the weather is clear, we will get to witness mount Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, Manaslu, Gauri Shanker and many more. We will drive through Tansen and drive to Lumbini - the birthplace of Lord Buddha. Reaching Lumbini, we will relax at the hotel and later in the evening, we will wander around the local street market. We will spend our night at Lumbini.


Day 10: Sightseeing in Lumbini

Today we will be exploring Lumbini by visiting some of the landmarks enlisted in the UNESCO world heritage sites. Firstly, we will be visiting the Maya Devi temple - the temple where goddess Maya Devi gave birth to her son aka Gautama Buddha. After exploring the temple, we will stroll around the garden close to the temple. Next, we will be visiting peace pagoda, Ashoka pillar, and museum. We will spend our night in Lumbini.


Day 11: Lumbini to Chitwan Park: 197km, 4-5 hours

Today early morning after having our breakfast, we drive to Chitwan which will take approximately 5 hours to reach and is about 180 kilometers from Lumbini. After checking in into the hotel, we will take rest and after that, we take a walk alongside the Rapti River and enjoy sunset view. In the evening time, we will be enjoying dinner with a cultural dance program. We will spend our night in Chitwan.

Day 12: Chitwan National Park

In the morning, we will ride on elephant back and head to the Chitwan Jungle where we might witness various wildlife.  Later after the breakfast, we will be visiting the elephant stables and watch elephants taking bath. In afternoon, we drive to the forest and enjoy a canoe ride and during canoeing, we will get to spot aquatic animals like crocodiles, dolphins, Gharial, mugger etc. If you want we will also enjoy a nature walk and observe different birds of Chitwan national park. We will spend our night in Chitwan.

Day 13: Drive from Chitwan to Kathmandu: 127km, 4-5 hours

Today in the morning, we will spend some time observing different kinds of Birds and then after breakfast, take a drive to Kathmandu. We will reach Kathmandu in the evening and will enjoy our dinner in a fine Nepali restaurant hosted by Accent Himalaya.


Day 14: Final departure

Today your journey finally comes to an end and after breakfast or your scheduled time, our representative of the Accent Himalaya will be dropping you at the airport three hours prior your flight schedule.

Accent Himalaya manages its best to provide good food and comfortable accommodation. During your stay in Kathmandu, Pokhara, Nagarkot, Lumbini, Chitwan and other destination, standard hotel (rated 2-3 stars) will be provided. However, if you are willing to pay more, we can arrange some luxurious room from 4-5 star hotels.


All the meals and breakfast required for you are included in our package. Dinner and breakfast will be served in the same lodge where you spend overnight and the team leader or guide will find you a good place for lunch on the way to your destination.


You will be carrying a small backpack with your water bottle, camera, tissue paper, towel, or other gears that you need to use frequently. The clothes and gears that you don’t need can be packed and left in the locker or safe deposit box in the hotel free of cost.

Normal weight limit at Nepal’s domestic airline is 15 kg including your hand carry and in case you exceed the limit, you need to pay the extra amount which is not included in our package.


Accent Himalaya provides you a very trained and experienced tour guide who will handle all the logistics and other issues that may emerge during your tour. If you are visiting in a bigger group, we will provide you an additional guide.

Personal Expenses on Trek

Personal expense literally depends upon your personal habit; whether you are alcoholic or non-alcoholic, extravagant or thrifty and so on. Normally, the cost of the meal and accommodation during the trek are covered in our package and you will be liable to pay for table drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages), snacks while trekking, souvenirs, hot shower (available at some places) tips to the guide or porters, meals during your stay at Kathmandu (a normal meal costs $ 5-7 in Kathmandu) as well as the entrance fees during your city tour to different places in Kathmandu (approximately $ 25). Tips to the guide or porter are your personal choice. However, we advise you to give tip and allocate 5-10 percent of your total tour cost if you are satisfied with their service.

Our Greetings at Airport

We advise you to flow the information of your international flight details after you confirm your Nepal Holidays with Everest Flight with Accent Himalaya for our meeting and greetings. Right after you cross the Customs and check out of the terminal building, you will find our representative holding a placard with your name or the name of the company (Accent Himalaya) and drop you to your hotel in a private car. In case you have booked the hotel by yourself, we suggest you inform us in advance the name of the hotel you are about to stay so that our representative can drop you to your hotel and would be easier to meet with the team leader or the guide.

Itinerary and Possible Changes on it

Our normal Itinerary is the most usual and practicable. In the package, the days of your arrival and departure and a day of city tour are also counted. In case you have managed your further schedule, you want to exclude those days and just want us to help you with the trip part, upon your inquiry, we can rearrange and adjust the itinerary according to your wish and let you know about the final cost for the trip. Also, you can extend your trip if you feel it necessary with consultation with our guide on the way to your destination but we recommend you to finish the trip within the last day mentioned in our package as many unforeseen circumstances may befall at any time.

Booking and Payment

You are required to make 20% (non-refundable) payment in advance in order to confirm and book Nepal Holidays with Everest Flight along with a photocopy of your passport and flight details (arrival detail, flight name, number and time) and the remaining 80% balance is due when you arrive in Nepal. You have an option of paying the advance by bank transfer or credit card. So, do let us know which modes of payment are convenient for you, then we will forward the details of payment.
